I have just published an Hidoku puzzles book: OFFBEAT HIDOKU
This book is the result of two years of experimentation with hidokus. I've tried to revisit the Hidoku by modifying both the shape of the grids and the shape of the squares within them. If you are used to Innoludic you have seen some of my grids : Octogonal, Penrose, Cairo Tiling, ... etc. So Offbeat Hidoku contains 8 different kinds of grid and each kind has various shape with a total of more than 300 puzzles. This book is good complement of Hidoku Galore (Hidoku # 10: Hidoku Galore), these two books where published the same day.
You can find my book Hidoku Galore on Amazon US , Amazon UK, Amazon Canada any other Amazon website.
Here are some previously unpublished grids in Innoludic that you could find in this book (Hidoku's Rules).

Again, I presented you a new variation of the Hidoku puzzle. For this new variation, all the cells are pentagons (5 side polygon). This means that a cell in a center could reach 7 others cells. (its is 8 for a square cell and 6 for an hexagon cell). Also using pentagon creates an interesting pattern called Cairo pentagonal tiling. As usual, the rules of Hidoku applies (Hidoku's Rules ). You have to trace a path from the first cell (number 1) up to the last cell (the other grey cell) passing cell by cell to all the cells of the grid. The numbers in the cells indicate the order of the cell in the path. I present you three puzzles with different sizes for you pleasure.

After having presented you exotic Hidoku puzzle, I believe that is the time to present you two classic Hidoku puzzles ( Hidoku's Rules ). The goal is simple: trace a path passing in each cell, step by step. The path starts from the cell mith the number one and finishs at the other cell with with a circle. You move from one cell to another adjacent cell (horizontaly, verticaly or diagnaly). To help you, some cells have already the step's number of the path.

I present you with a new kind of Hidoku puzzle, the grid has the shape of a metallic donut (in fact this is an octagon) and the cells are rectangular. The goal is to make a path that passes in every cell from the cell number 1 up to the last cell (the first and last cell are grayed). Some cells are already numbered then it is up to you to find the missing numbers of the other cells. The second puzzle is made of two octagons. (Hidoku's Rules).
1) The first one.

2) The second one with a double grid.
