A non consecutive sudoku has the usual rules: each region, row and column must contain the numbers 1 to 9. But also an additional constraint must be meet: a number in a cell must not be consecutive (plus or minus 1) with a number in an adjacent cell ( left,top,right and bottom). By example if a cell has a 4 then for the four cells sharing an edge with this initial cell must not have a 3 or a 5.
